Level 1 Intro:  Collect scoping petitions

Pass around at work, with your friends or in your neighborhood.  Help us get to 10,000 petition entries by the end of the year!  Every entry counts

Level 2 Intro:  Write a letter to the editor

This is a great way to let others in your community, especially your elected leaders, know that this is an important issue and why we should all participate.  Tell us when you send in your letter: robin.everett@sierraclub.org

Level 3 Intro:  Have a House Party

Have a little fun and save the world at the same time!  Invite your friends and neighbors to view a 3-minute video of the threat of coal exports.  Enjoy some refreshments and write personal scoping comments using a step-by-step worksheet.

Level 4 Intro: Educate the Community and Enlist Support

Do you belong to a church, community group or service club?  You can present this very important issue with this 15 minute powerpoint presentation, complete with slide notes.  And/Or you can ask you faith leader, doctor, local business or elected leader to oppose coal exports by signing a letter opposing coal exports.
